Delightful Havens Voyage on Azamara's Quest (22 Aug - 9 Sep 2015) - itinerary, excursions and other plans

This trip is going to set all sorts of new records.  It's going to be our longest, most expensive cruise we've ever taken and the excursions booked so far are no exception because we've learned over the last 6 years that private excursions beat a cruise line's excursions hands down.  What's most difficult about booking private excursions and making plans for a cruise like this is the exchange rate for different currencies and all the built in, unavoidable fees.
